Terms of Service

These terms govern the sale of goods through mysht.studio, operated by MY SHT CONCEPT STORE SL, NIF B26849075, Carrer del Correu Vell 7, Local 2, 08002 Barcelona, Spain, email fornasari12@gmail.com ("My Sht", "we"). By placing an order you accept these terms.

What we sell

We sell pre-owned, vintage and archive fashion. Every piece is unique and sold in the condition described in its listing. Signs of wear are normal in second-hand items; we describe and photograph them, and we give measurements instead of relying only on labelled sizes. Colours may vary slightly between screens.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.

Prices

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is added at checkout and shown before you pay. For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties and taxes are not included and are paid by the customer on delivery, as explained in our Shipping policy.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation email. Because each item is unique, stock can run out between the moment you add a piece to the cart and the moment you pay. If an item is no longer available, or if there is an obvious error in its price or description, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

Delivery

Delivery times, rates and the store pickup option are set out in our Shipping policy. Risk passes to you when you or someone you name receives the item.

Returns and refunds

Your right of withdrawal, how to return an item and the legal guarantee are set out in our Returns and Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

Authenticity

We check every piece before it goes on sale and only sell items we believe to be authentic. If you have evidence that an item is not authentic, write to us and we will take the item back and refund you in full.

Your data

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy policy.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Spanish law. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For consumers, any dispute will be heard by the courts of the consumer's place of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
