We ship from Barcelona, Spain.
Where we ship
Worldwide. At checkout you can choose any country with a listed rate (Spain, all of Europe and the United States). If your country is not available at checkout, message us on WhatsApp at +34 672 15 38 98 and we will quote shipping for you.
Dispatch time
Orders are dispatched within 24 to 72 hours on business days. You will get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

- Spain: calculated at checkout (SEUR)
- European Union: €15
- United Kingdom, Switzerland, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man: €18
- Rest of Europe (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican City, Gibraltar, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Albania, Moldova, Kosovo): €35
- United States: €55
All shipments are tracked. A phone number is required at checkout so the carrier can reach you about your delivery.
Customs and import duties
- Orders within the European Union: no customs charges.
- Orders outside the European Union: import duties and taxes are not included in our prices. They are charged by the carrier or customs on delivery and paid by the customer.
- If a parcel is refused because of customs charges, the return shipping and any charges will be deducted from the refund.
Store pickup
You can choose free pickup at our store, Carrer del Correu Vell 7, Local 2, 08002 Barcelona (Gothic Quarter), Tuesday to Sunday 16:00-20:00. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, write to us at fornasari12@gmail.com and we will handle it with the carrier.
