Returns & Refunds
Every piece at My Sht is one of a kind: pre-owned, vintage or archive, carefully selected and checked. Signs of wear are described in each listing and shown in the photos. Please read the description and measurements before buying, and write to us if you have any questions.
14-day right of withdrawal (online orders)
If you are a consumer and bought online, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you (or someone you name, other than the carrier) receive the item, without giving any reason.
To use this right, tell us clearly before the 14 days end, by email to fornasari12@gmail.com with your order number. You can use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not required.
Sending the item back
- Send the item back within 14 days of telling us you want to withdraw.
- The item must be returned in the same condition you received it, with any tags or accessories it came with. You may handle it as you would in a shop to check it. We may reduce the refund if the item has lost value because of handling beyond that.
- Return shipping costs are paid by you, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
- We recommend a tracked service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
We refund the price of the item and the original standard shipping cost (if you chose a more expensive shipping option, we refund only the standard rate) within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we have received the item back, or until you have shown proof of sending it, whichever is first. The refund goes to the same payment method you used, at no extra cost to you.
Faulty or not as described
If an item arrives with a flaw that was not described, or is not the item you ordered, write to us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will cover return shipping and give you a full refund or, if you prefer and it is possible, a repair. This does not limit your legal rights.
Legal guarantee
Pre-owned goods are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under Spanish consumer law. For second-hand goods this period is one year from delivery.
Purchases made in our store
The right of withdrawal applies to distance selling, so it does not cover purchases made in person at our Barcelona store. Your legal guarantee rights for faulty items apply to those purchases in the same way.
